Closest matches first, then broader nearby picks.
Why this fits: The pleasure of watching terrible judgment turn into bigger trouble makes Deli Boys a natural pick after It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. The Paddy's Pub gang schemes and bickers in South Philadelphia, while two spoiled brothers bluff among Philly crooks; Deli Boys adds criminal danger and a family-business bond beneath the chaos.
Why this fits: It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia and Beef both find dark laughs in people making a bad situation worse through vanity, grudges, and stubborn choices. The gang's schemes spiral into uncomfortable scenes at Paddy's Pub, while Beef turns a private feud into a chain of favors and coercion, with a more steadily building, personal tension.
Why this fits: Such Brave Girls shares It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia's taste for cringe comedy, where selfish choices and bickering make ordinary troubles painfully funny. The gang doubles down on schemes at Paddy's Pub, while a mother and her two daughters stumble through debt and failed attempts at affection; the family bond brings a more vulnerable warmth.
It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia turns selfish friends and their bad judgment into uncomfortable comedy; Divorced Sistas also centers a five-person friendship, but on support through messy relationships. Expect frank banter and emotional confrontations rather than schemes escalating into crude social satire.
The backfiring schemes in It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia make selfish friends' bad judgment the joke; Big Mistakes turns bungled plans into dangerous crime assignments for two inept siblings. Its chaos is brisk and farcical, with real criminal danger and a loyal sibling bond instead of a pub-centered ensemble.
It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia builds laughs from friends who bicker and make every scheme worse; Only Murders in the Building brings sharp banter to three neighbors investigating murders. The comedy is cozier and more puzzle-driven, with a season-long mystery and lighter danger instead of crude, self-destructive schemes.
