Why this fits: The underdog teamwork and big comeback moments in Dragon Striker make My Hero Academia a lively next watch, with young heroes learning to trust their own abilities. Its school rivalries and training bouts bring the same cheering-from-the-sidelines fun, while villain attacks make the danger more intense.
Why this fits: Dragon Striker’s bright fantasy action and scrappy heroes make A Tale of the Secret Saint an easy fit for a watch full of magical battles and brave comebacks. Fia’s kindness keeps drawing her into danger, much like Key’s team keeps stepping up together, though her secret identity adds a playful layer of near-misses.
Why this fits: The loyal friendships and young heroes facing magical danger in Dragon Striker carry over to Percy Jackson and the Olympians, where a close-knit trio bickers, jokes, and fights monsters together. Its road-trip quest brings a wider range of mythic creatures and places, while keeping the adventure brisk and family-friendly.
Dragon Striker makes underdog teammates’ big-match comebacks the fun; Overgeared turns that rooting interest into one player’s climb through game challenges. Its brisk quests center on forging gear and earning respect, rather than team matches and a looming ancient evil.

Dragon Striker’s scrappy team friendship gives its fantasy action a warm center, and As a Reincarnated Aristocrat, I'll Use My Appraisal Skill to Rise in the World finds warmth in building a loyal circle. Instead of match-day comebacks, its pleasure comes from spotting talent, mentoring recruits, and growing a household.
Dragon Striker’s chosen-hero quest and underdog teamwork lead naturally to Avatar: The Last Airbender’s young hero traveling with friends to face a larger threat. Expect elemental martial-arts battles and found-family bonds, but the journey grows more emotionally layered, with war, grief, and redemption alongside its comedy.
