Taste-matched follow-ups
If you want more bumbling crime comedy, family crime comedy, and sibling comedy, begin with the strongest matches and keep going. Every pick is a recent premiere or a returning season.
Closest matches first, then broader nearby picks.
Why this fits: Big Mistakes and Deli Boys both make family loyalty funny by putting bickering brothers in criminal trouble they are nowhere near equipped to handle. Deli Boys brings brisk, absurd misadventures and real danger, with the brothers covering for each other even as they argue over their father’s hidden business.
Why this fits: Big Mistakes and The Chair Company turn ordinary people’s humiliations into anxious comedy, with each bad decision making life messier. The Chair Company trades sibling squabbles and criminal danger for deadpan office awkwardness, as one worker’s fixation on a workplace mishap strains his job and family life.
Why this fits: Big Mistakes and Such Brave Girls find comedy in family members who bicker, make terrible choices, and still show up for one another. Such Brave Girls swaps criminal scrapes for cringe-filled dates and household blowups, with a sharper, more painful edge beneath the jokes.
Big Mistakes turns sibling bickering into comic trouble as two amateurs stumble through criminal jobs; The Apartment Job gets its laughs from an unlikely pair scheming through a heist. Its apartment neighbors and corruption plot make the caper more community-focused and twisty than the siblings’ family-centered misadventures.
Big Mistakes makes dangerous criminal work funny through family friction, while Murder Mindfully finds dark comedy in a lawyer juggling mob work and home life. The humor is more sardonic and the danger more immediate, with murder cover-ups and family lies replacing bumbling siblings’ botched jobs.
Big Mistakes gets comic mileage from people in over their heads with organized crime; Tulsa King brings fish-out-of-water humor as a mob boss builds a crew in unfamiliar Tulsa. Its gruff lead and turf disputes make the crime story more swaggering and action-driven than the siblings’ squabbling capers.
