As the classmates struggle to make sense of their futures, the series tackles the teenage landscape of substance-enhanced parties and anxiety-ridden day-to-day life with empathy and candor.
Euphoria delivers the same fast, messy teen emotional pressure as Heartbreak High, with scenes that swing between jokes, jealousy, and raw crisis. The ensemble keeps multiple relationships under strain at once, and the show’s frank, unsentimental look at sex and betrayal hits the same bruised honesty.
