Breaking Bear(2026)

Breaking Bear runs on criminal escalation rather than gag resets. Three bear siblings turn to drug dealing to keep their cave after fracking moves in next door, and each bad decision compounds the last, pulling in more forest animals and raising the cost of every mistake. The comedy grows out of that pressure: mundane domestic desperation colliding with increasingly absurd logistics of running an operation through the woods.

Recruitment is where the chaos multiplies. Every new animal brought into the scheme adds a fresh variable, a new way for things to go sideways, and the show builds its arcs around those compounding consequences rather than returning to a clean slate each episode. The result is a story that actually moves, where what happened two episodes ago still has teeth.
