The Four Seasons(2025)

Three couples, years of shared vacations, one split, and suddenly a much younger woman is on the trip. The Four Seasons runs on that specific social discomfort, the kind where everyone is too polite to say what they actually think but not polite enough to fully hide it. Each season gives the group a new setting, a contained stage where old loyalties get quietly tested.

The seasonal structure does real work here. Awkwardness that goes unresolved in summer is still sitting there by winter, and the show lets it accumulate rather than resolve neatly. Humor arrives through the gap between what the group used to be and what it now has to pretend to be, with the newcomer's presence making every shared ritual feel slightly off. It is comedy built from friction that nobody will name out loud.
