Alpha Males runs on the gap between how four Spanish friends see themselves and how badly they keep proving themselves wrong. Each of the four has a distinct comic register, so the ensemble never collapses into one joke repeated; Pedro, Luis, Raúl, and Santi fumble through the same cultural shift in ways that expose different flavors of self-delusion, and the show mines that variety for cringe and absurdity rather than easy sympathy.

The humor is specific about its discomfort. These men are not cartoon villains or hapless innocents; they genuinely believe they are adapting, which is precisely what makes their failures so reliably funny. Episodes tend to be character-reactive, building comic pressure from individual blind spots rather than plot mechanics, and the pacing stays loose enough to let each personality breathe before the next collision arrives.
