Private Eyes West Coast(2026)

Private Eyes West Coast gives its investigations a light touch, pairing case-of-the-week mysteries with comic friction between Matt Shade and Angie Everett. Their banter shares the spotlight with the detective work, so solving a case is only part of an episode’s pleasure. The mysteries resolve cleanly rather than building into a long-running threat, keeping the focus on individual puzzles instead of personal catastrophe.

Victoria, BC, gives Shade and Everett a fresh setting and a different circle of friends. That change lets the series pair an established working relationship with new company: the duo’s familiar back-and-forth carries into a fresh start, with humor remaining as much a part of their work as the investigations themselves.
