Harry Wild(2022)

Harry Wild gives its murder puzzles a brisk, comic touch, with a sharp-tongued sleuth who reads clues as closely as a piece of literature. Each episode unfolds around a case, making room for both deduction and character comedy. The suspense stays gentle and the darkness mild, while Harry’s wit gives the investigations an eccentric, playful flavor.

Harry’s detective son has cases to solve and a mother who refuses to leave them alone. Her knack for getting ahead of the official inquiry clashes with his attempts to keep her out, turning police work into a source of family friction. Their competing approaches add humor to the mysteries without displacing the pleasure of following clues toward a solution.
