What to Expect

Dhindora turns the distance between imagined wealth and an ordinary household purchase into a pointed comic letdown. A promised ₹11 crore becomes a fridge, giving the second season a concrete, absurd measure of how far expectations can fall. The humour is rooted in recognisable disappointment rather than the fantasy of a life transformed by money.

Bhuvan and his family bring a warmer, more personal texture to that disappointment. Their banter, bickering and attempts to improvise through domestic mishaps give the comedy room for affection as well as frustration. Larger-than-life dreams rub against everyday family life, so even the silliness carries a small sting: the hope of something better does not disappear just because reality proves less generous.

Series premise

It revolves around Bhuvan and his family's everyday lives, when an unexpected purchase leads to a series of events and depicts every common man's larger than life dreams.
