Cat's Eye(2025)

Cat's Eye runs a clean double life: three sisters manage a café by day and pull off precise art heists by night, and the show keeps both halves genuinely alive. The capers are stylized and briskly paced, but each stolen painting connects to a search for their father, a missing artist whose trail runs back to the Nazi era, so the heists carry real weight underneath the slick execution.

Hitomi's fiancé Toshi is a detective whose entire professional focus is catching Cat's Eye, which means he shares a home with the person he's chasing without knowing it. That gap between his certainty and the audience's knowledge charges even quiet domestic scenes with a low hum of comic suspense, and the sisters have to stay sharp in two directions at once: one step ahead of the law and one step closer to the truth about their father.
